  14. I have a several TeX files - specifically the manual of GNU Emacs.
  15. Does anyone know what software I could use to:

  17. 1.  View the files.
  18. 2.  Print them on my HP LaserJet IIID printer.

  20. I'd ideally like software for MS Windows, but DOS would be fine, too.
