- Timo, I don't want to start a flame war, but we cannot guess at what
- you *intended* to say, only read what you *did* actually write. So
- let me quote again from your previous post:
-

-
- So, as you see, you *were* referring to the GOODBYE nag screen in
- your post. I didn't invent that. Continuing from your post:
-
- > It is very simple to do in a batch file if you have my pushscr and
- > popscr.
-
- This, too, is incorrect. As I wrote, your Pushscr and Popscr
- utilities will NOT HELP, and the batch file you refer to DOES NOT
- DO THE JOB. Period.
-
- > In other words the utilities, which I refer to in below, can be
- > used to restore the screen to its original state whatever [sic]
- > the actual program does (like clearing the screen, presenting
- > the welcome/goodbye, confusing the screen, etc).
- ^^^^^^^
-
- Again, you wrote that, no I. And again, it is not true. Your
- utilities cannot be used against the GOODBYE screen, because your
- utilities will not be given control by Telix.exe until AFTER the
- screen-display delay time has elapsed.
-
- At that point, you don't need any utilities - just type:
- `cls' <enter> or start another program and the nag screen will
- disappear!
-
- I am not saying that your post was any kind of major disaster, Timo,
- just that the information you provided was inaccurate and apparently
- caused by a misunderstanding of how the Telix.exe program displays
- its nag screens, that's all. I was right. You CAN'T get rid of the
- Telix goodbye screen with your batch file or with your utilities,
- and you DON'T NEED them for the welcome nag screen, which can be
- eliminated in other, more effective ways, already discussed.
-
- Maybe you *intended* to say something else, I don't know. I can
- only read what you actually write. That's what I responded to.
-
- Happy New Year.
