- Aren't the things people seem to be complaining about (leaks, incorrectly
- installed pipes, etc.) considered structural defects? I understand that
- cosmetic problems aren't covered, but that isn't what most people take
- legal action over, is it? I may be wrong, but I assumed most of the
- conflicts are over problems that are considered structured defects.
