- Even if a builder is part of the Warranty Program it may not help. There
- is a misconception out there that the program covers deficiencies. It
- may be they give that impression but in reality they only cover structural
- defects. If the problems are things like drywall pops, unfinished work or
- poor work it is up to the client and the builder. It would be helpful if a
- person could locate the individual subtrade involved especially if the
- builder is in trouble.
