  28. SHREWSBURY, MA -- December 23, 1992 -- The U.S. Chapter of DECUS, the 
  29. Digital Equipment Computer Users Society, has announced plans for DECUS 
  30. University, a four day - 40 seminar training event based on the group's 
  31. successful national and local seminars programs.

  33.     The DECUS University program - scheduled for March 27 - 30, 1993 at
  34. the Woodfield Hilton and Towers, Arlington Heights, Illinois - features
  35. an intensive, focused, and comprehensive set of training seminars
  36. designed to maximize the learning experience of information technology
  37. professionals.

  39.     The extensive slate of offerings allows attendees to choose a
  40. customized set of seminars which are most beneficial to their
  41. individual job-related training needs.

  43.     The seminars presented during DECUS University cover a variety of
  44. topics of interest to today's information technology professionals
  45. including: Alpha AXP; PATHWORKS: Windows NT, PC, Mac; UNIX: TCP/IP,
  46. Introduction Conversions; VMS System Management and Performance;
  47. Programming and Application Development; X Window System; Rdb Database
  48. Management; Network and System Security; Networks Management and
  49. Products; and ALL-IN-1, Programming and Performance.

  51.     As with all DECUS seminars, DECUS University features some of the
  52. most respected speakers in the industry. Organizers have built on this
  53. strength by scheduling "student forums" where attendees and instructors
  54. have the opportunity to meet at the end of each day to continue
