  13. You mention that the SB16 comes with "HDC for Windows." HDC makes several
  14. products but I am not aware of a sound utility. Do they put out multimedia
  15. utilities now? As far as I know there is Windows Express, Power Launcher,
  16. First Apps, File Apps, and Icon designer.
