  13. I'm calling winhelp (from Micro-Emacs for Windows, but that's not
  14. really very relevant) with an optional keyword which puts me directly
  15. into the help topic. This works OK, but only if the keyword is matched
  16. exactly, so if "authors" exists as a keyword, "author" just gives me
  17. an "invalid keyword" message.

  19. Is it possible to tell winhelp to behave as if I typed in the keyword
  20. from the search menu?  What I would like is to get to the Search
  21. pop-up box, with the first match highlighted.

  23. Sorry if this is in the programming guides somewhere. I have figured
  24. out how to create winhelp files, but have stayed away from
  25. programming, apart from the interface of meWin.
