  11.   The first issue of the Windows Programmer's Journal is now available.
  12. I am waiting to get it onto SIMTEL20 and that may take a few days. I'm
  13. also having trouble getting it onto FTP.CICA.INDIANA.EDU, a big Windows
  14. site. At WSMR-SIMTEL20.ARMY.MIL, the file will be available as:

  20. in C and Pascal for Windows.
