  21.    I know that Novell claims that the files can only be deleted once
  22. they are flag execute only but I think there is a bug.  If you delete
  23. an EXECUTE only file it can be then be salvaged and the EXECUTE only
  24. flag is removed.  I was real suprised when I discovered this.  It is
  25. a bug in what I was assuming was a safe way to protect an individual
  26. file.
