  14.     We use Cheyanne ARCserve and run into all sorts of wonderful
  15. problems similar to the ones that you are experiencing.  I recommend
  16. calling Laura Style, manager of technical support, at 800-243-9462.
  17. Mention to her that you heard about these problems on a national list.
  18. It seems that whenever I call, they always have a "technical
  19. revision" that solves my particular problem.  I am on "technical
  20. revision" 5 which still appears as version 4.0.  You will have to
  21. download via modem but they do have v.32bis support.
  22.     They really haven't mastered all of the aspects of Netware.  It's
  23. getting better, but...
