  13. Thank you for your discussion of how you work with the TAs -- I was curious
  14. about how _explicit_ this pedagogy is made to the students...Do they get
  15. concerned about the need for some hierarchical student/teacher relationship --
  16. I could see that happening with returning adult students and others right out
  17. of high school --> seeking the need for validation --- If this doesn't
  18. occur -- I was wondering what strategies you use to overcome such qualms...
