  14. I have some problems concerning GCG. I am planning to make some oligos and
  15. then use them as primers. These primers are degenerated. I would like to
  16. know how to make a FASTA with these nucleotide sequences. Is it possible?
  17. I would like to know how these oligos find certain gene. Is there any
  18. program in GCG to compose primers?
  19. How about using codon preference tables ? Can I find any help there?
  20. And how to use them?
