  13. as a student here at Gallaudet, I wish to clarify a few things...

  15. first..Carl was seeing his english teacher, who is deaf and very fluent in
  16. ASL..dunno where you heard his teacher was hearing..

  18. secondly, he wasnt allowed on campus at all, he was in PNG (persona non grata)
  19. at the university, and shouldnt have touched the campus at all..
  20.  
  21. third, he was on his way to the Ely Center student center, not the Cafe..the
  22. campus police asked him many times to leave, but he ignored them, so when he
  23. entered the building, they had no choice but to arrest him,,a struggle insued,
  24. and unfortnaly, he was killed, but he also put two officers into the hosptal,
  25. something overlooked, and when the backup for the officers arrived, and saw
  26. their fellow officers hurt, they had no choice but to use force...that is true
  27. for all police forces anywhere...had he not struggled, the he would very well
  28. be alive today...
