  11. More on Carl Dupree..

  13.     Four officers have been tried in D.C. court recently and all
  14. are found not guilty..  I believe that they have returned to work on
  15. campus again...

  17.     According to information from my friend, there is no clear cause
  18. of death..   There were several "medical" experts testifying and each
  19. experts tells different story..   Also, according to my friend, several
  20. witness have different story from their view points..

  22.     One person say one officer perform choke hold  
  23.     One person say no one did it..
  24.     Other person say  one officer had his knee on neck..
  25.  
  26.     According to the Law of America, you have to prove the person is
  27. guilty without any reasonable doubt.. So the Doubt is there and in the end,
  28. the officers were declared not guilty..
  29.  
  30.     There are some improvement to the Campus Security..  They have
  31. hired student to work with officers..  Also, the officers have stopped
  32. carry the guns..
  33.  
  34.     So, no one knows the truth of what really happens..  I believe
  35. that Gallaudet will be faced with another lawsuit from Dupree's family.
