  15. I would greatly appreciate it if some kind soul can explain to me - preferablywith a couple of examples - the meaning of the phrase "in and of itself".  I
  16. looked everywhere, including the 3 or so dictionaries that I have for its
  17. meaning with no success.  I can sort of guess its meaning, but I would like
