- Only the 3rd line is really controversial. Many people write Jones'
- for the singular possessive -- even if they pronounce it with two
- syllables! The Chicago Manual, however, recommends -- I think
- sensibly -- adding 's to *all* singulars except for classical names
- like Socrates & Jesus.
