- antihistamines, like you might take for a cold.

- As a dietitian, I would recommend that you continue to eat at the times
- you specified in your message. The trick is, don't eat a meal. If you
- normally have cereal, toast, juice and milk for breakfast, save the toast
- and juice for your 9:00 a.m. feeding. Break up your lunch into two
- meals like that, and dinner, too, if you need to. The problem
- is not how often you eat, but what is eaten at those times. Many people
- find it helpful to eat five or six times each day.
