- This desc matches ours exept we can only change characters while on the

- Your a stupid fuck, this message is on ALL sf2's. Just find a normal
- one and turn it off and an and compare the messages word for word.
- You obviously didn't even quote correctly, bbecause the us versions
- will say 'only to be played in us, canada, ...' and the japanese versions
- (never seen one) would say 'only to be played in japan,...' maybbe in
- japanese. Also, if this was illegal, do you think the hackers would
- have deliberately inserted a warning messages.

-
- Your guess was close, but mistaked. Obviously it was someone high up in
- capcom, with agreement from the company, who sold the prototype epromms
- to the copiers while the company pocketed a few million bucks.

-
- The only reason you got 50 bucks was because he must have been paranoid
- or retarded. Its obvious that since these technically illegal chips are
- being sold in the open amoungst distributers and are in at least 25% of
- the ce's around that capcom obviously doesnt care enough to prosecute, and
- capcom is the only one who could prosecute.
