- Do you think there might be more than one version of the game running around?
- Really? Wow! What an insightful observation!

- Speaking of which, no one or almost no one has mentioned the "Turbo"
- SF2 classic edition. Actually, its not really sped up, but it has the
- in-air special moves, curving up and down fireballs and jump-over-
- and-air-throw. Although now that the capcom TSF2CE is out it won't
- matter.

- I had my own experiencewith moronic cheap-callers yeesterday. I was
- playing CE at a 7-11 and I was playing computer Bison vs. Ryu as like
- the 7th or 8th battle, and I lost (I mean, that's a tough battle). So
- I went to get some more quarters and when I got back some guy had started
- playing vs. the computer with a bunch of friends watching. So I said
- "mind if I play?" and he said "no" so I started playing. Then he said
- "I wanted to play alone" so I guess he though I said "can I play?" instead
- of "mind if I play?", so anyway, it was an honest failure of communication
- but I'd already pressed the 2p button. So I, feeling apologetic, picked
- Balrog, expecting to lose. So I beat him 4 straight games. He was pretty
- bad. Then I heard him saying to his friends "I keep losing to a guy I
- said didn't know how to play" which REALLY pissed me off, I mean, if
- there was anyone who didn't know how to play here it sure wasn't me. So
- he finally beat me as Balrog (he only played Ken) so I came back in as
- Guile and kicked his butt. I might add that he did a lot more ticking
- type things like flying roundhouse-throw than I did, not that I mind. So
- when I beat him with guile he walks away muttering "I hate losing to cheap
- bastards". So, much as it is a cliche, his definition of cheap really seems
- to be, anyone who beats him. (And with Balrog! vs. Ken! Boy did I ever have
- fun!!!!)
