  25. The worry is that troops will need to be stationed there for months
  26. if not years, and that gradually, some of them will be coming home
  27. in pine boxes as teenage AK-47-wielding drug-stoned snipers pick them
  28. off.  The other worry is that we seem to have no clear objective in
  29. Somalia, other than to deliver food.  That is a noble objective, but
  30. how long will we be doing it?  Unless a strong government is established
  31. there, forever.  Are we going to try to install a government?  I am not
  32. clear as to what we are doing there.
