-
- Very well put. The problem which you very eloquently describe
- is the same problem that is magnified in the family court.
-
- It's so interesting how litigants in a courtroom come out
- owing penalties orders of magnitude greater than what any
- reality would suggest; weather family court, or otherwise.
-
- The court has become just one more "paycheck" for many people.
-
- And the legal attitude of courts has become one of "deep
- pockets". Sure, insurance companies and major corporations
- have them, but not divorced people. And the "Let it be so"
- attitudes of courts is both mis-applied and unfair to the
- people involved in the system.
