  25. Next time the Somalis have to invade to keep the street gangs from
  26. ripping off all food going into our cities, we will certainly have
  27. to keep this question fully in mind. Especially whether 15-year-old
  28. American kids bearing automatic weapons should not be allowed to con-
  29. tinue with their "traditional" use of alcohol while the Somalis have
  30. their own troops in there attempting to restore order at minimum
  31. loss of life.
