- Actually, usually the constitution is brought up within the question of
- does-thus-and-such-state-legislation-contain-prohibitions-that-our-
- foundation-law-prohibits-a-state-from-enacting? i.e., usually IN REACTION
- to the incorrectly made state laws you suggest we resort to. And,
- therefore, the issue in question is recognised and not having squat to do
- with either the state or the federal jurisdiction, and everybody in your
- state should really butt out of your business.
