  10. Hello. A friend of a friend has multiple scleroisis (I apologize in
  11. advance for the many errors of spelling and possibly fact I'm about
  12. to make. I am a humble programmer, unused to precise technical
  13. communication ;) and has developed Optic-neuritis, a form of
  14. blindness.

  16. She has heard conflicting information as to treatment options, but
  17. one name that came up was a Dr. Hans Nieper of Germany. Since her
  18. funds are limited, if she travels to Germany she will not be able to
  19. afford any other treatment course. Is Dr. Nieper well-known? Is his
  20. success rate in this disorder good?

  22. Are there any alternative treatments that would be effective? She is
  23. open to anything that might help.
