- Oscillococcinum has been evaluated in a double blind test and found to
- be effective (1). It is most effective when taken within 48 hours of
- the first signs of flu. And one should follow the usual rules for
- taking homeopathic medicine: take between meals and avoid coffee and
- products containing camphor.
