  11. Just for fun, I relate a story from a friend of mine.  He was in a
  12. train station in Toronto (I think), and heard the public address
  13. system say something like:  "Ladies and gentlemen, the buffet is
  14. now open.  Mesdames et messieurs, le snackbar est maintenant ouvert."
