- Are you actually trying to say that anyone can just come along and shit
- in the public street, while other people who also use the street and
- are being inconvenienced and caused to suffer by the filth deposited
- there, are fallacious in their common endeavour to persuade the person/s
- concerned not to do it, or in their imposing due civil sanctions when
- the said person/s refuse to behave reasonably?
