  13. You  may  wish to check with University of  Toronto's  mechanical 
  14. engineering  department.   One of the  professors  did  extensive 
  15. research  into this area many years back due to the excess  power 
  16. generated  at night from the Ontario's atomic  energy  generating 
  17. plants.  I am sure this information is relevant today.
