  12. I think B is actually the better of the two classes (i.e., class B is
  13. suitable for residential use, Class A isn't).  So don't downgrade it
  14. from class B to class A!

  16. You can do lots of things to reduce emissions; visit any Radio Shack for
  17. ideas.  But if you mean you want the FCC to certify the computer as 
  18. another class, that would be very expensive.

  20. As I understand it, it's not illegal to _use_ an office-grade computer
  21. in a residential setting, it's just illegal to _sell_ it as suitable for
  22. such use.
