  12. Go to the library and find PC Tech Journal for about 1985 or 1986.
  13. In it you'll find an article called "Joystick Metrics" that tells you
  14. not only how to build a joystick, but also how to build a game port
  15. voltmeter, a game port thermometer, and a number of other interesting things.
