- Not trying to pick a fight here, but there's a reason for such regs.
- Here in NJ you must tag the deer immediately after finding it dead (we
- recommend pinning your whole license holder to the ear so it won't get torn
- off). Also, tag MUST be filled in completely IN INK.

- This is to discourage slob "hunters" from shooting deer all day and only
- tagging and dragging out the biggest or most impressive. You'd be amazed
- at the number of deer we find left in the woods.

- So if it's inconvenient for you scrupulous hunters, please grin and bear it
- in the knowledge that it helps us catch the slobs and reduce their wanton
- waste.
