  13. I don't get annoyed with the speed limit during the rush/busy
  14. hours of the day.  however, it kills me when I'm in the middle
  15. of nowhere, no cars around, at 10:00pm, and I still have to do
  16. 55 mph.  I think that they should have certain highways raised their
  17. speed limits during the non-busy hours.

  19. I'd vote for 90 mph between 9:00pm and 5:00am no trucks
  20. included. On weekends the schedule may be different.
