  14. My brand new Honda Civic has just been hit by a truck. Completely
  15. his fault. It's the first time I have an accident and really don't know
  16. how and with whom to deal to have my car repaired.
  17. Should I contact his or my insurance company? I don't want my very
  18. low insurance premium to go up or pay any deductible. The damage
  19. is not so bad anyway (need a new front bumper) and the cost might not
  20. go above my deductible.

  22. I have not filed a police report (both of us were in a hurry) and have
  23. no witnesses; however, the driver of the truck admitted his fault.
  24. How likely is that I get paid if I just contact his insurance company?
