- Others pointed out that the car alone isn't a good discriminator -- I
- certainly wouldn't call myself safe at 150mph in a McLauren F1 even
- though the car could be driven safely at that speed. Since there's no
- way to tell at a distance that the driver is really competant it's too
- hard to enforce the lower limit.
