  13.     I recently purchased a new vehicle and had noticed that the paint,
  14. some of the trim, and the rear bumper had spots similar to water spots.
  15. I took the car back to the dealer to ask them what caused the spots.
  16. They ended up having to take the car to a body shop to have some of
  17. the spots sanded and refinished.  Is this common?
  18.  
  19.     I feel the car has depreciated a lot more than normal.  Should I
  20. demand monetary compensation, another car (haven't brought them the
  21. balance of the payment yet, this car is BRAND new), or something else?
