- Winter car), one mostly American ('93 Corvette), depressing either the
- clutch or the brake inactivates the cruise control, after which you can
- either use the "resume" function to resume the previously set speed or
- "set/accelerate" function(s) to choose a new speed. If you do clutchless
- shifts, of course, the cruise control will stay active. In either case you
- do no harm to the engine or cruise control, unless of course the shift was,
- for instance, from 5th into 1st at 70 MPH.
