  23. No.  I was admitted to St. Mary's, and "doctored" by a team from Mayo.

  29. NOT a candidate for pain management, contrary to the teams' opinions!

  35. The doctor leading the team wasn't "angry".  He was clearly a young
  36. hot-shot that didn't listen to me.  At one point, he told me that
  37. he was having a dentist come in to fix some dental problems and I
  38. said: "Hang on, I'm here for my foot, not my teeth".  "Don't do anything
  39. that will jeopardize my Workmen's comp. benefits.

  41. His reply was "Screw what the insurance companies think.  We have
  42. our own way of doing things here."
