  21.    Our FD, City of Utica, New York, USA had the same
  22.    uniforms as you, we then went to all navy, the same as
  23.    Police, and had a lot of trouble on scene being mistaken
  24.    for them, especially in hostile environments. Our FFs are
  25.    also at least Basic EMTs now, a requirement for new
  26.    recruits. Our skill levels as far as EMS have no
  27.    distinguishing uniforms insignia or such, but our Fire
  28.    Officers, Lieutenants & Captains have the collar bars and a
  29.    lighter (med) blue shirt. DCs & Chiefs, white shirts and
  30.    collar brass. It was a big problem being mistaken for the
  31.    police, even though we arrive in BIG RED Fire Apparatus.

  37.    Sorry Alex, we don't have them on disk. Did you have any
  38.    specific question? Our current FD/EMS certifications go up
  39.    to AEMT-CC from Intermediate then Basic levels. Our CCs do
  40.    administer certain drugs, IVs, ETs, EKGs, etc... our
  41.    intermediates are now doing ETs. Good luck in your request
  42.    for the info. BTW, are you FD and EMS, or strictly EMS?
