  11. A 5.25" FDD on one of our machines suddenly started issuing GENERAL 
  12. FAILURE messages, so we replaced the drive....but the problem continues.
  13. Any idea of what might be the cause?? The time/date function is correct,
  14. and we have not seen any CMOS/Post errors.
