  12. I am considering buying a new video card to replace the sorry Oak video
  13. card that I currently have.  The card that I am looking at is the Diamond
  14. SpeedStar 24X.  Currently I have an interlaced monitor which works quite
  15. nicely with my Oak card in 1024X768 mode (the monitor is a multi-sync
  16. monitor made by Impression).  My question is:  Is there any possibility of
  17. a conflict between the old monitor and the SpeedStar 24X?  I would assume
  18. that any SVGA with the standard connector would drive any SVGA monitor
  19. with the same connector.  The monitor and Oak card are only 1.5 years old
  20. by the way.
