- I am considering buying a new video card to replace the sorry Oak video
- card that I currently have. The card that I am looking at is the Diamond
- SpeedStar 24X. Currently I have an interlaced monitor which works quite
- nicely with my Oak card in 1024X768 mode (the monitor is a multi-sync
- monitor made by Impression). My question is: Is there any possibility of
- a conflict between the old monitor and the SpeedStar 24X? I would assume
- that any SVGA with the standard connector would drive any SVGA monitor
- with the same connector. The monitor and Oak card are only 1.5 years old
- by the way.

- Thanks for any and all help.
