  14. there have been a lot of horror stories about UPS crushing
  15. deliveries, esp. from Gateway 2000. the solution to this is
  16. simple - call gateway, and request shipment via. Federal Express.
  17. i did this, and they didn't charge extra. it came ok by Fed Ex.

  19. also, if enough people do this, maybe Gateway will start to wonder
  20. why nobody wants to use UPS and will look into the reasons.

  22. Another bonus: Fedex will quickly track your package if you want -
