  18. The Arm6XX chip contains an on-board memory management unit, better protection
  19. and I think a write back cache.

  25. Arm600 upgrade but were put off by the cost.

  29. As for a successor to the Arm250 - I personally doubt it, the machines are
  30. targetted at a slightly different area of the market, but who knows what
  31. ARM Ltd are upto, after all the release of the Arm250 was one of the best kept
  32. secrets this summer!
