- I also had the tab problem, but also have the vertical problem you
- describe, which I consider more serious. It doesn't always happen, but
- it happens often enough to be annoying.

- I have had this problem from time to time too with my 2400 modem. I
- just got a 14,400 internal with a 16550 on it, and I'm hoping this will
- fix the problem.
