  11. Ok, I didn't listen to you guys and now I'm stuck.

  13. I got my SupraFaxModem V.32bis today and I can't get it to recognize
  14. the dial tone! Everything worked fine except after I issued a dial 
  15. (atdt xxx-xxxx), the modem's LEDs blinked, then returned a message
  16.  
  17. NO DIALTONE

  19. so, what's going on? I've tried another phone line but everything is
  20. the same.

  22. I'm sure that I connected the wires correct since I also connected a 
  23. phone to the phone jack on the modem and the phone worked.

  25. Please help.

  27. I think I better return the Supra and buy a ZyXEL, but I want to get
  28. the Supra to work first cux I have something to FAX, and I don't want
  29. to go down to Kinko's...
