- That depends on where you live: In Denver, Boulder, and Aspen there are
- laws against discrimination on the basis of sexual preference. Amendment
- 2 repeals and prohibits such laws in the case of homosexual or bisexual
- leanings _only_. The laws in these cities still protect heterosexuals,
- and Amendment 2 has no effect in this regard. However, Amendment 2 also
- does not offer any protections to heterosexuals: If you live in, say,
- Colorado Springs you may be discriminated against for being heterosexual
- (since that city has no law on the subject) and, if you sued over it,
- you would have a very hard time in court...
