  17. Um, Phil, if that's a state ID card then the "8" on the end is 
  18. actually the letter "S" for your last initial (1206-7369-353S).

  20. State ID card numbers END with your initial, where driver license 
  21. numbers START with them.  If you had a driver license, it would be 
  22. S120-6736-9353.
