  22. is not living in the States. I happen to live in Sweden, and here McDonald's
  23. charge almost $2.00 for a cheeseburger..  3*$2= $6   That's not very cheap..
  24. Compare that to $5 for large pizza, with a soda. The choice is clear to me.
