  12. Why is it whenever I go through a drive-through I have to
  13. beg for ketchup with my fries.  Then, I have to tell them
  14. how many packets I want.  Common sense would dictat a couple
  15. of packets would be suitable for a small order.  Why don't they
  16. have a dispenser at the drive-through order window, where you
  17. can take what you want?
  18. Speaking of "how many" let's talk about progression.  I order
  19. a small coffee with cream....I get two creams.....I order a
  20. medium coffee with cream....I get two creams....I order a
  21. large coffee with cream....I get two creams.....doesn't anyone
  22. with common sense work at McDonald's..When I ask for extra
  23. cream or ketchup, I'm made to feel like Oliver asking for more
  24. gruel.  Why doesn't McDonald's get with the program and at cream
  25. gruel.  Why doesn't McDonald's get with the program and add cream
  26. for you.  
  27. Mcdonald's should also make more face-to-face windows when
  28. ordering instead of the stupid microphones that don't work half
  29. the time.
  30. When you order, why don't they tell you something is not ready
  31. instead of waiting till you pay and then telling yuo

  34. I guess you can tell I've had bad experiences at McD's
