  11. Hello --
  12.     I am new to the IRC, and I was wondering if there is a list of all 
  13. the different sites that you can telnet to in order to hook up to the IRC.  
  14. I know of a couple, but they have a limited number of people that can be 
  15. hooked up at one time.  Are they all like this?  Any responses would be very 
  16. appreciated.
