  14. What's to say this person didn't neccessarily log into irc on his free
  15. time?  Who do you think has payed for a lot of your irc time?  It most
  16. likely isn't you....You're at boston u, and uva respectivly.  Do you
  17. think that your tuition, and or your schools money, payed for all the
  18. internet resources?  No...much government financing did.  Therefore,
  19. everytime you irc you are always using a telnet package I payed for.
  20. Irc can be a valuable medium for information exchange.  Many people I
  21. know are trying to figure out/create uses for it.  Just because the
  22. majority of it is idle wastes of time, doesn't mean it all is...and it
  23. doesn't mean that others don't have any business there....why don't
  24. you evaluate your own usage before you judge others...

  27. degrade down to a juvenile level....  Keep typing....
